                            FITNESS


     Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations. Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical activity exercise and rest.
Before the industrial revolution, fitness was the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue. However, with automation and changes in lifestyles physical fitness is now considered a measure of the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situations.

A sound mind lives in sound body..then this the purpose of our post..eventhough kami sendri pon nk bdn yg fit klah model haahahha..no laa just kiding, we, here nk share cara yg bole bntu kita semua turunkan sikit berat badan ke..in shaa Allah bole ;)..

Really challenge your heart rate (which will improve your fitness) by taking in a few hills on the way.
