haiiiii...nihhh kami hikhik..baru jee bpa bulan kenal tpi dh bole nmpk friendship bond tuhh hahhahhaaa..



skrg nak cerita mcm mna kitorang bole kenal..hmmm waktu first2 dtg sini kami dua takde laa rpt mna sebb semua mcm ad geng sendiri hahaha..bila dh lama2 baru bertukar grup hahaha,.tpi kami bukan rpt dua jee..satu kelas rapt act exp sorng kumbang jeee kahkahkah..so..yg kitaorg bljr skrg kita jgn cpt judge someone..cuba kenal each other dule..in shaa Allah..friendship K3S3TIB never end...much love

                        RESEPI RENDANG TOK


sempena raya haji nihhh mesti semua nak mkn rendang kannnnnn......hereeeee i share resepi rendang for uuuollssss...taraaaaa tereeee!!!

BAHAN-BAHAN:
  • 1kg daging
  • 10 ulas bawang merah | dikisar halus
  • 5 ulas bawang putih | dikisar halus
  • 3sm lengkuas | dikisar halus
  • 3sm halia | dikisar halus
  • 5 batang serai | dikisar halus
  • 5 sudu cili giling | dikisar halus
  • Kunyit sedikit | dikisar halus
  • 2 helai daun kunyit | dihiris halus
  • 1 sudu makan ketumbar | disangai dan dikisar halus
  • 1 sudu makan jintan manis | disangai dan dikisar halus
  • 1 sudu makan jintan putih | disangai dan dikisar halus
  • 1kg santan pekat
  • 50gm gula Melaka
  • 3 sudu makan kerisik
  • 15ml air asam jawa
  • Garam secukup rasa
 
 
BAHAN TUMIS:
  • 2 batang kayu manis
  • 4 kuntum bunga lawang
  • 5 batang bunga cengkih
  • 6 biji buah pelaga

CARA MEMASAK:
 
1. Gaulkan daging dengan ketumbar, jintan manis dan jintan putih yang telah dikisar, perap semalaman.
2. Setelah diperap, masukkan daging yang diperap ke dalam kuali. Masukkan sedikit air dan masak dengan api perlahan hingga daging empuk. Angkat dan ketepikan.
3. Kemudian, panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar bersama kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih dan buah pelaga hingga naik bau atau pecah minyak.
4. Selepas itu, masukkan daging dan gaul rata. Masukkan santan dan kerisik, kacau tanpa henti dengan api yang kecil.
5. Masukkan air asam jawa, gula Melaka, daun kunyit dan kacau hingga kering. Bila rendang sudah kering, baru tambah garam secukup rasa.
6. Hidangkan dan sedia dinikmati.



                   
                          RESEPI KEK BATIK


Namanya kek tapi guna biskut.....kalau nak tukar nama jadi biskut batik ble tak......hehehe.
Pernah sekali guna resepi yg letak telur....kejadiaannya ok tapi saya kurang suka la pulak...suka yg resepi camni....
Resepi ni saya ubah suai. Guna coklat bar....dlm resepi asal guna serbuk koko. Saya nak habiskan coklat tu sebab takut expired.  
Resepi asal tu guna 1 pack biskut marie tapi tak tahu berapa gram - saya guna 2 paket biskut marie (pack 270 gm) - saya beli jenama hwa tai
1 cawan susu pekat
1 1/2 cawan milo
1/2 cawan serbuk koko - saya ganti dengan1 /2 kg chocolate compound (dark chocolate)
250 gm mentega
Masak mentega (dan chocolate compound) sampai cair dengan api sederhana.
Masukkan milo. (Kalau guna serbuk koko masukkan sekali)
Kacau sebati
Masukkan susu dan kacau sebati. Masukkan biskut marrie yang dah dipatah2kan. Terus tutup api. Kacau sebati.
Tuang dalam loyang dan tekan2 bg padat. Sejukkan dan biar membeku baru boleh potong.
Tapi kalau guna serbuk koko  simpan dalam peti ais. Biarkan sekurang2nya lima jam baru potong.

Hari Merdeka (Independence Day) is a national day of Malaysiacommemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya from British colonial rule in 1957, celebrated on 31 August each year. This should not be confused with Hari Malaysia (Malaysia Day) when Malaysia was formed on 16 September 1963 together by Federation of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak and Singapore.
Starting from 2015, as been stated by the Minister of Communication and Multimedia Ahmad Shabery Cheek, the Independence Day celebration is likely to be held without mentioning the number of years to prevent the people in Sabah and Sarawak from being isolated if the number of independence anniversaries was stated.[1] However, the Minister of Land Development of Sarawak Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr James Masing reminded that since 16 September had been declared as Malaysia Day, it should be the rallying point for the nation's unity. He added "Everyone now knows that 31 August is Malaya's and Sabah's Independence Day… it's not our (Sarawak)independence day. They can celebrate it both in Malaya and in Sabah as they have the same Independence Day date, and we can join them there if they invite us. We must right the wrong". Masing was commenting on Shabery Cheek’s recent proposal that Malaysia should continue to commemorate 31 August as its Independence Day, without mentioning the anniversary year.[2]
Before 16 September, there was no Malaysia. Let everyone remember that. It's on 16 September that the four independent countries namely Malaya, Singapore, Sarawak and North Borneo agreed to form Malaysia. And as everyone also knows, Singapore pulled out

                            FITNESS


     Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations. Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical activity exercise and rest.
Before the industrial revolution, fitness was the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue. However, with automation and changes in lifestyles physical fitness is now considered a measure of the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situations.

A sound mind lives in sound body..then this the purpose of our post..eventhough kami sendri pon nk bdn yg fit klah model haahahha..no laa just kiding, we, here nk share cara yg bole bntu kita semua turunkan sikit berat badan ke..in shaa Allah bole ;)..

Really challenge your heart rate (which will improve your fitness) by taking in a few hills on the way.
